Membership

What is the Not Just Bingo membership?

The Not Just Bingo membership is an online resource where members can access senior activity ideas within four types of activity calendars: the dementia activity calendar, the men’s activity calendar, the weekly-themed activity calendar, and the assisted living activity calendar. Please go to our membership information page to learn more about the specific types of activities that are provided in each of the calendars in our membership.

Do you offer annual memberships?

Yes, we do. We now offer both a monthly membership ($24/month) and an annual membership ($192/year). Please go to our membership information page to find out the benefits of each type. Please note that you can purchase an annual membership either via credit card (PayPal) or via invoice.

Does the membership provide archived activity calendars?

No, we do not provide archived activity ideas or activity calendars. We remove outdated calendars from the membership within 5 days after the month ends.

When do you post your new activity ideas within the membership?

Our newest calendars are posted by the 25th of the month for our monthly members, who receive access to two months at a time – the current month and the following month. (So our monthly members should expect to see April’s activity calendars by February 25th.) Our newest calendars are posted on the 1st for our annual members, who receive access to three months at one time – the current month and the following two months. (So our annual members should expect to see May’s activity calendars on March 1st.)

How do I sign up for a membership to Not Just Bingo?

There are now two ways to sign up for a Not Just Bingo membership: via credit card (monthly or annual membership) or via invoice (annual membership only).

To sign up with credit card (PayPal): Go to members.notjustbingo.com and click “Subscribe” for the type of membership that you want: annual or monthly. You will then be redirected to the PayPal website where you can enter your billing information (credit card, etc.). After submitting your information to PayPal and hitting the “Agree and Pay” button, please wait 5 seconds to be redirected back to the Not Just Bingo registration page where you will register by entering a username and password to immediately use the service.

To sign up via invoice for an annual membership: Go to members.notjustbingo.com and scroll down to fill in the “Request an Invoice” form. We will create an invoice from the collected information and email the invoice to the email address provided. After receiving the invoice by email, write a check (or have your facility write a check) and send it to us in the mail. Once we receive payment, we will create an account for you to access the membership. (See the complete invoice process in the Billing section.)

I signed up for the membership but cannot access the site. What do I do?

If you signed up via PayPal, after submitting your information to PayPal, you should be redirected back to the Not Just Bingo registration page where you can register by entering a username and password to immediately use the service. However, if for some reason you were not redirected back to the Not Just Bingo registration page to register, just send an email to customersupport at notjustbingo dot com with the username that you want to use. We can then manually register you for membership to give you immediate access.

Please note that if you have used the membership previously and remember your username and password, you can re-register under “I have an existing account” and fill in the username and password. If you do not remember the username or password of your past membership, then you have two options: you can either send us an email at customersupport at notjustbingo dot com and we can manually re-register you so that you can still use the same username and email address, OR you can register under “I am a new user” where you will need to pick a different username and email address than the ones that are associated with your previous account.

How do I get a receipt for my membership?

If you pay via invoice, we will email you a receipt once we receive payment. If you pay via PayPal, then PayPal will automatically send a receipt to the email that they have on file each month (or year for the annual membership) when they charge your credit card.

If you ever need a PayPal receipt, just log into your PayPal account and click on the “Activity” button at the top of the screen. Once on the Activity page, click on the transaction – listed as “Silverstone Properties Corp. (notjustbingo.com)” – and then click “Print details” to print your receipt.

What if I have a financial question regarding my membership?

If you pay via PayPal, Not Just Bingo does not have access to your financial information; therefore, you must contact PayPal directly. You can contact PayPal directly at 1-888-221-1161. If you still have problems or questions, just email us and we can help you find out who you need to speak with.

Can I upgrade from a monthly membership to an annual membership?

Yes, you can. We actually recommend that our new members start with the monthly membership, which has no long-term commitment, to see how well the membership works for them before switching to the annual membership.

Another benefit of upgrading: we will refund your last monthly membership payment when you upgrade your membership from a monthly membership to an annual membership. So you can upgrade without worrying about paying for a partial month!

You have two options for upgrading to an annual membership.

Option #1: Request an Invoice

When you request an invoice, we’ll send you the invoice for you or your company to mail us a check for the annual membership. With the invoice option, once we have received your check, we will set up your annual membership and then cancel your monthly membership via PayPal (and issue a refund for your last monthly payment via PayPal so that you are not paying for a partial month). To request an invoice, go to members.notjustbingo.com, and scroll down to fill out the “Request an Invoice” form that is at the bottom of the page.

Option #2: Pay Using a Credit Card

If instead you want to pay for your annual membership using a credit card, simply go to members.notjustbingo.com and click on the yellow “Subscribe” button for the annual membership. You will be redirected to the PayPal website, where you will enter your or your facility’s billing information before hitting the blue “Agree & Pay” button. Then you will be redirected back to the Not Just Bingo registration page where you will re-register as an “Existing Member” and fill in your current Not Just Bingo username and password. **Within 24 hours, PayPal will notify us that you have upgraded your membership, and we will cancel your monthly membership and issue a refund of your last monthly payment via PayPal so that you are not paying for a partial month.

How do I cancel my membership?

To cancel your membership, log into your Not Just Bingo membership and click on the “Contact Us” link at the top of the page. Once on the Contact Us page, click on the yellow “Unsubscribe” button. You will automatically be redirected to the PayPal website, where you will log into your PayPal account. Once inside your PayPal account, click on “Activity” at the top of the screen to see a list of your recent transactions. Then click on one of our transactions – listed as “Silverstone Properties Corp. (notjustbingo.com).” Next, click on “Manage Silverstone Properties Corp. (notjustbingo.com) payments,” and then click “Cancel.”

How do I reactivate a cancelled membership?

To reactivate a cancelled or suspended membership via PayPal: Go to members.notjustbingo.com and click “Subscribe” for the type of membership that you want (monthly or annual). You will be redirected to the PayPal website, where you will be allowed to log in to your existing PayPal account. After submitting your information to PayPal, you be redirected back to the Not Just Bingo registration page. Once there, you will re-register by clicking “I have an existing account” and enter your old Not Just Bingo username and password. If you have forgotten your username or password, just send us an email at customersupport at notjustbingo dot com, and we can manually re-register you for membership to give you immediate access.

To reactivate a cancelled membership via invoice: Go to members.notjustbingo.com and complete the information in the “Request an Invoice” form and we will create an invoice and email it to you. Once you have received the invoice, mail in your payment and we will create your new annual membership once we have received payment.

Billing

Can my facility or business pay for the membership?

Yes, they can.

Via PayPal: When you sign up for the membership and are redirected to the PayPal website, you can submit your facility’s billing information. Afterwards, you will be redirected back to the Not Just Bingo registration page where you can enter your email as well as a username and password to begin using the service.

Via Invoice: When you fill out the “Request an Invoice” form at members.notjustbingo.com, be sure to include the name and address of your facility.

How am I (or my facility) charged each month/year?

The Not Just Bingo membership via PayPal is a recurring membership, which means that you are automatically charged at the end of each term (month or year) by PayPal until you cancel your membership. PayPal will automatically send a receipt to the email that they have on file at the time of each charge.

Please note that there is no recurring payment with the invoice option. We will simply email you near the end of the year’s term to inform you of how you can renew your membership.

What is the complete process for paying with an invoice for an annual membership?

First, go to members.notjustbingo.com, scroll down the page, and fill in the information in the “Request an Invoice” form. We will create an invoice from the information given and send the invoice to the email address provided, along with our W-9 form and our mailing address.

Then keep the W-9 form for your records, and write your invoice number on your check for $192 before mailing it to our address.

Meanwhile, reply to our email with the username and email address that you want associated with the new account. Once we receive payment in the mail, we will set up your account and email you your login information.

Is there a sales tax charge for the membership?

Since we are a Maryland company, under state law, we must charge a 6% sales tax for our digital service to all Maryland customers, pursuant to Maryland House Bill 932.

Payments made through PayPal will automatically have the charge added for those customers with a Maryland address. For our invoice customers, those with a Maryland address will see the 6% sales tax added to their invoice.

What methods of payment can I use with PayPal?

PayPal accepts most major credit cards, as well as debit cards, PayPal cards, or a PayPal balance (where you can add money to your PayPal account from your bank account).

How do I know that my financial information is secure?

Our online membership transactions via PayPal are handled exclusively with PayPal; therefore, all financial information is submitted only to PayPal. We at Not Just Bingo do not have access to your financial information.

How do I get a receipt from PayPal?

PayPal will automatically send a receipt to the email that they have on file each month (or year for the annual membership) when they charge your credit card.

If you ever need a copy of any of your receipts, just log into your PayPal account and click on the “Activity” button at the top of the screen. Once on the Activity page, click on the transaction – listed as “Silverstone Properties Corp. (notjustbingo.com)” – and then click on “Print details” to print your receipt.

How do I add or change my card with PayPal?

To change your credit card on file with PayPal, there are 2 steps:

Step #1: You must first add a second card to your account. To add a new card, log into your PayPal account and click on the “Wallet” link at the top of the page. Once in the Wallet section, you can link a new card to your account.

Step #2: You must then change the card that is being used for your recurring payment. To do so, first click on the Gear icon that is in the upper-right hand corner of the page that is immediately to the left of the Log Out button. Then click on “Payments.” (This is on the second line of the navigation at the top of the page.) Next, click on “Manage automatic payments” to find our name – listed as “Silverstone Properties Corp. (notjustbingo.com)”. Then click “Change” to change your payment method.

For a Business PayPal Account: If you set up a business PayPal account, please follow these instructions: Log into your PayPal account and click on the “Money” link at the top of the page. Once in the Money section, you can link a new card to your account. Next, you must change the card assigned for the recurring payment. To do that, access your Settings page by clicking on the Tool icon that is immediately left of the Log Out button. Once on the Settings Page, click on the “Money, banks and cards” link that is in the left column of the page. Once on the Money, Banks and Cards Page, scroll down and click on “Set Automatic Payments” to access your pre-approved payments. Next, click on our transaction – listed as “Silverstone Properties Corp. (notjustbingo.com)” – and click on “Change” to change the credit card.

What if I have a financial question regarding my membership via PayPal?

Because Not Just Bingo does not have access to your financial information, you must contact PayPal directly. You can contact PayPal directly at 1-888-221-1161. If you still have problems or questions, just email us and we can help you find out who you need to speak with.

I received a Skipped Payment notice from PayPal. What does that mean?

A skipped payment notice from PayPal just means that they were unable to collect payment, usually because of an expired credit card. When this happens, your account with PayPal is still active, but PayPal will shut off your access to Not Just Bingo until they can collect payment. (They usually wait five days to try to collect payment again.)

To regain access, you must first contact PayPal directly at 1-888-221-1161. Once they have the necessary information, they will try again to collect payment (five days after the first attempt), and then grant you access to Not Just Bingo at that time. If, however, you need access to our website before the five days, please email us and we can give you access to a guest account.
